The First MCO Team works closely with our Insurance Carrier, Third Party Administrator, Self-Insured Employer, and Network partners to contain costs while also ensuring injured parties receive superior care. We offer a comprehensive suite of services for Workers’ Compensation, Auto Insurers, and Group Health programs. We provide all-inclusive medical management and cost containment services including Medical Bill Review, Nurse Case Management, Network, Scheduling, Pharmacy, and more.

Bruce Nash

President & Chief Operations Officer

Bruce joined First MCO in 2000 and became President in 2017 after serving as Vice President of Operations and Chief Information Officer. With over three decades of leadership in technology, he brings a forward-thinking approach and a strong focus on innovation. Under his guidance, First MCO has expanded services, strengthened security, and remained ahead of industry trends.

Ting-Tang Wu

Chief Information Officer

Since joining First MCO in 2002, Ting-Tang has led the evolution of our claims platform, WebMCO, making it more adaptable and client-focused. His expertise in solving complex challenges has advanced automation and performance company-wide. Ting-Tang’s leadership drives innovation and efficiency across our operations.

Henry Yiin, CISSP, CISA

Chief Information Security Officer

Henry joined First MCO in 2018 and leads all information security initiatives, including system architecture, compliance, and advisory. He has implemented company-wide programs that strengthen data protection and empower secure practices. His leadership was key to First MCO earning ISO 27001 certification.

Kelly Royce, RN, CCM

Senior Vice President of Managed Care Operations

Kelly joined First MCO in 2003 and leads operations for our Workers’ Compensation and Auto Injury case management business lines. She builds strong client relationships by understanding their goals and connecting them with the right solutions. Kelly also led the company’s successful URAC accreditation, affirming our commitment to healthcare excellence.

Linda Woods, RN, CCM

Vice President of Bill Review Operations

Linda joined First MCO in 2007 and brings a process-driven approach to her leadership in Bill Review Operations. She has led key initiatives including integrating EDI billing and redesigning our repricing engine. Her ongoing efforts continue to enhance automation and strengthen operational efficiency.

Brian Kryzstofiak

Vice President of Strategic Partnerships

Brian manages strategic industry relationships and drives new client partnerships for First MCO. With over 20 years of experience, he develops meaningful, cost-effective solutions aligned with client needs. His collaborative approach fosters long-term success and inspires those around him to deliver exceptional results.

Magdalena Wach, CMA

Vice President of Finance

Magdalena has been with First MCO since 2003 and now oversees all accounting and finance operations. With over two decades in insurance and managed care, she ensures accuracy, compliance, and fiscal discipline. Her leadership sets a high standard for accountability and operational readiness.

Debora Alvine

Director of National Network Development & Operations

Debora joined First MCO in 2000 and now leads network development, provider relations, and credentialing efforts. She draws on long-standing provider partnerships to expand and strengthen our networks. Her focus on data integrity and strategy supports greater flexibility and negotiating power.

Mary Bresadola, RN, BSN, CCM

Director of Managed Care Operations

Mary joined First MCO in 2002 and currently oversees teams supporting Workers’ Compensation, Auto Pre-Cert, and IME operations. Her client-centered approach has earned trust and reinforced stakeholder relationships. She balances the needs of both employees and employers to ensure exceptional care and service.
