Our provider relations staff ensures that all physicians are credentialed with licenses and certifications in good standing. In addition our quality control center ensures that every report is reviewed by our Registered Nurse staff prior to being submitted to our clients.

  • Mail your referral and Medical Records to our corporate office
  • Contact your local Account Executive
  • Scan the medical records and referral and email to First MCO
  • A client service representative is available to visit your office, photocopy your requests and deliver them to our office.
