Case Management
First MCO’s highly trained staff include Registered Nurses, many being certified in Case Management, Disability Management and Rehabilitation Counseling. We work together with employers, employees, adjusters, and physicians through the life of a claim; from the point of injury until maximum health is achieved.
The goals of case management are to facilitate:

Our nurse case managers use standardized national criteria which take into account the diagnosis, procedural transactions, possible complications, and standardized timelines. Our medical director is readily available 24/7 for case conferencing and to make medical recommendations.
On line case notes are available for the adjuster to view via password. First MCO provides our clients with case management customized reports which outline the effectiveness and outcomes of our case management services.
